My phone upgrade does not show up in my order history. It was not the phone we wanted. We wanted to return it and get the correct phone. Over a month and 15 people later I’ve been still trying and told a label and box are coming in two days and I never get one. What do I do? The old phone now says I owe payments. Can I go to a corporate Verizon and return it?
