I ordered 2 galaxy S8s for me and my husband. We got them set up and everything was great. I put the S7s in their envelopes and went to get the return shipping label to send them back. Well, there was no return labels. I looked through everything a dozen times. I have now called Verizon twice. Both times they promised to send me the labels. It's now been a month and a half and still no labels. I have now been charged for the phones. All I want is to get the phones sent back. It shouldn't be this complicated. Please, please help me get these phones gone. I have been patient, but am losing my patience. Especially after seeing an extra $600 on my phone bill for something that isn't my fault. I should have just went to the store to do our upgrade, not online.
