I returned my device in a timely manner after receiving the new one which was under factory warranty. I also was paying insurance on this device. Verizon store issued the warranty from their ipad. Got sent a new one in the mail . I sent my old one back in the box provided along with shipping label in the box.. I assumed I didn't need the tracking info since it was provided by them.. I was later charged $500. They cannot locate the device and I have no info since I never printed the label myself. I've been with Verizon for 17 years and apparently my word is not enough that I sent it back.. I had no reason to keep a junk yard phone
