I ordered a phone for my grandson and the live chat put the order through as a delivery and I wanted the pick up option. So they started a new ticket and still shipped the other phone. Because I didn’t take the delivery it was returned to the warehouse in Texas with the promise I will be credited for the unopened phone. Needless to say nothing has happened yet! I have a 662.00 charge on my bill for a phone I never even saw! Lots of excuses and promises but no credit. This is inexcusable. 25 years a customer. Please help!
