I have redeemed my September rewards for a magazine subscription. When I attempt to redeem it the Mags for points site shows only 2 magazines and half of 2 additional magazines. I’m unable to scroll through the site and it appears to be frozen. When trying to contact the Mags for points customer service the options refer to airline point reduction not Verizon points. I spoke to Verizon rewards customer service and they were unable to address my problem and suggested I sign out and sign in again. I tried this and it didn’t help. I have redeemed points for magazines before without issue. Do you have the contact information for Mags for points that can help with Verizon rewards?
