Ring Duration

There have been numerous inquiries about shortening ring duration. Fixing the duration at 30 seconds is not a desirable solution. Other vendors let you pick from 2 or 3 alterative durations. I constantly get feedback from friends that they thought my voicemail was broken and hung up before the 30 seconds elapsed.

It is set at 30 seconds at the system level and can't be changed. You can't make everyone happy. Some think it is too short and others too long.
