Ringback Tone

I tried to get a Ringback Tone for my daughter several months ago.  The specific one she wanted does not have a price by it.  It allowed me to hit "buy" and go through the process as normal, but it doesn't show up on the manage ringback tone page.  There seems to be a glitch with the ringtone.  At one point it actually said "explicit" by it and it is far from explicit.  I contacted Verizon customer service then, and tried again yesterday, with no real help.  They said they started a "help ticket" for me, but haven't heard a word.  The person yesterday told me to contact tech support at the regular Verizon phone #.  You can't really get through to Tech are redirected to an automated assistant through chat.  ARGH!!  This should be a simple fix!!!  I tried it on my phone, her phone, and my computer, so I know it's not a device issue.  And I tried it through my login for the media store.  Any ideas?  Or can a Verizon person actually help me please.
