I've had it up to here with Verizon routing all these obvious fake robo calls to my phone.  Luckily Verizon has an easy to use page to handle this https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/call-filter-faqs/ however NONE OF THE LINKS ON THAT PAGE WORK!

https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/how-to-use-call-filter/#report-number

https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/how-to-use-call-filter/#block-number

FIX YOUR WEBSITE VERIZON!!!

And then fix your phone routing protocols.

Customer Support

As a valued customer, we're sorry to hear that you're receiving unwanted Robocalls to your mobile number. I can assure you that Verizon is not routing Robocalls to you. We're sorry to hear that you're unable to access the website links you've referenced here. I personally accessed each of them with no problem and I apologize for your inconvenience. Robocalls affect many of our customers and Verizon offers several options to help our customers avoid these types of calls. Let's work together to get this resolved. We recommend clearing your Temporary Internet Files (Cache), refreshing your web browser and then re-accessing our website at http://spr.ly/66051phdD. Once you've accessed our website in the top right-hand corner of your screen please type in "Call Filter" in the "Search" box provided and press the "Enter key on your PC, Laptop, Tablet, etc.. We also recommend using the same "Search" box and typing in "Robocalls" as one word. We're confident that the information you'll be able to view will be helpful to you. Please keep our team updated. - RobertC_VZW
