The phone will NOT turn on. We went to the store and it will NOT charge on even wireless chargers. Device still will NOT turn on. Was told on first occasion of going to Verizon store that they could mail it to get the battery replaced if the problem wasn't solved in a week. Went to store today and was told they couldn't mail to get battery replaced and that we should go to the store in person. The stores suggested were in two cities with known cases of Coronavirus and as a family with many health issues we can NOT travel there and risk it. All we wanted to do was upgrade and get the phone working to add a line, since the phone was a little under a year old when we started having problems. Paid off the phone and the insurance on the phone. Really irritated and not sure what to do next as our local Verizon Store has been little to no help.
