Bit of a rant, and I am sure it will go nowhere fast. Why are you charging for your scammer app blocker? Every other carrier is not! $3/month is stupid, because you should be doing everything you can, for free to the customer, to stop abuse of your service by these scammers!!!!
So I have had your service for nearly 12 years. I remember when you could get an employee discount ON THE ENTIRE BILL and not just the Data. The discount program STINKS, and is basically NO LONGER AVAILABLE if you go to the unlimited plan!
Which leads me to upgrades. No matter how you try to explain it away, YOU ARE NOW CHARGING US DOUBLE FOR BUYING A NEW CELL PHONE! You charge us for the phone, and $20 more a month for the luxury of buying that phone from you! THIS SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE PLAN!... Which leads me to the last comment!
VZW has basically figured out how to put the screws to its consumers out of more money and more money and more money.... It is getting sickening! No wonder people are going to your competitors!
