Scheduled Call Back

I used the app to schedule a call on 9/1/2022. The call was scheduled for 12:30-1:00. but I did not receive a call. At 1:30. I used the chat feature to get in touch with the customer rep.

Then at 3:00, I get a call from Verizon Support. I answer and heard nothing on the other end. Then I get a text telling me "we tried to call you" and a voice mail telling me the same. I answered the phone! And it was 2 hours AFTER my scheduled time. 

I get that customer support is busy, hence the scheduled callback or scheduled call. However, if the call cannot be made as scheduled, there should be some communication. I can show on my call log how the call came in hours later, was answered, and then a voicemail was left. That is unacceptable.
