When will Verizon really care for its long-term customer? It's exhausting having to call in to "get a deal" equal or better than a brand new customer. Maybe I am old school, but retention used to be a lot more affordable than aquisition.
Maybe it's time to switch. Other services are still not as good as Verizon's coverage, but I don't need the same coverage I used too have.
Verizon lacks the service we need. But I'm having trouble disconnecting my lines. I am a long term customer - But now I am being treated horridly. Very upset with Verizon right now.

You act as if this is exclusive to Verizon. Customers from other carriers are complaining about the same thing talking up switching to Verizon.
No one cares about these rants, just switch if you are unhappy instead of trying to make a scene online.
