I have had the same devices on my plan for some time now went over on my data upgraded to 10 gig plan then went over on that but never by much usually by a gig or 1.5 so then upgraded to 15 gigs now go over that every month nothing has changed same devices same usage thinking of switching companies another company is offering double your data and buying out your plan for the same price your paying now

I plan on doing the same. Im one of the unlimited grandfathered customers whose been with Verizon for a long time.
New $20 increase just hit my bill and the only notification I received was from the news and internet. If that's how Verizon treats its long term customers then I too will be going with the other company. maybe if enough customers leave Verizon they will get the message.
Being grandfathered In .and I am too has to many advantages I would really think about Ur decision before u listen to a disgruntled customer. Verizon has its issues. But other companies do as well. I've had friends in my home. And they dont get service. Alot of phone companies can give u all the gigs u want but there is less if u can't get service. Verizon wrks evertime. I will be calling customer service with hving a fixed income and I also noticed an increase I wasn't aware of. And we're our contracts come into play. I want to know why this increase was applied without notice. I now hv to change something. But it won't be my Verizon service. I'll figure out something with Verizon. Plus. If Ur talking to a rep. And Ur not happy. Act like u lost them and call back. U eventually will get someone u click with. Very important to get the right person whom u click with. A little secret and trick I've learned. Think about this before changing. Just another grandfathered in customer. 8')
