I didnt opt into "device protection" now when I try to cancel a line, you can't remove it? So I agreed to allow you to automatically deduct money from my account, and now you are going to charge me for something I don't want? Looks like I will be returning to AT&T. 2 hours of My life I will never get back. Get your service ANYWHERE else.
