I called the Financial Services last week and received an extension on my scheduled payment. But they must not have canceled my payment arrangement set for Nov 1 because my service was suspended on Nov 5 and I tried calling Financial Services but it says there are no live agents. I need this rectified.
wootenam82, if your service has bee shut off due to non-payment, you do need to speak t our Financial Services team or make the payment that is due to restore services. Our Financial Services team can be reached directly from any phone line at: 866-266-1445. Their hours of operation are: Mon-Fri 7AM-12AM ET, Sat 8AM-8PM ET, & Closed on Sun.
