Service is terrible and bill went up

We have had Verizon for a long time. Within the last year, our cell service has gone from good to terrible. You can't use a hot spot and you are lucky to get 1 or 2 bars. Everything has to be done with the internet for calling/wifi or you wait forever. Our bill went up as you were overcharging us for a flip phone and we went from 5 to 4 lines. Now you are telling us the only way to get good service is to upgrade our plan. Your plan is $55 per line per month. Compared to AT&T with is $40 per month. You will be losing another customer this year.
