I recently paid my bill after my service was shut off this morning. I paid at 12 pm and still no service for phone calls text or data, 11 hours later. I messaged the “chat with us” option in the app and it says my service is in collections? On my account itself it has no mention of this.. and i cant call anyone since my service doesn’t work..
