I ordered a phone upgrade on March 31st. I am expecting a delay because of Covid, but the status of the order has not updated 4 days later. Also, on my MyVerizon account the phone I ordered is not showing up at all. When I try to search the order number for tracking I get a message that the order is not found. The order on my account shows that they are shipping a Pixel 2 when I most assuredly ordered the Pixel 4 and have an email to confirm that. None of the reps I've spoken to have managed to help other than to say sorry the order is still processing I can't help you. I just want to be sure I'm getting the right phone and I feel like the Save from home. Two day shipping deal is a bit of false advertising. I don't mind waiting, but a heads up on how long I'd be waiting would have been nice.
