I set up Verizon smart family on my daughter's Galaxy S10, but text and call activity is not appearing in the app. She is using the default messages and dialer app that came in the phone. I've enabled all the permissions I can possibly find for Verizon Smart Family but it's still not working.
Danwr, we know how imperative it is these days to know where our kids are and what they are doing. Sounds like you've taken some really good steps to get this moving in the right direction. One thing that we need to make sure, does your child have the companion app installed on their phone? This does have to be on there for this feature (and many others) to work. Have you ever had this work before?
