Went online today and account stated there were two managers but I couldn't view my bill. When I started online chat Verizon associate confirmed that I was an account manager but said he couldn't fix the problem and that my husband would have to again add me as a manager, (this would be the 5th time) I said no Verizon had to fix the problem. My screen went black and the next thing you know only one account manager and he/she couldn't help me. I have a copy of the chat where Verizon said that there were two and I was one, but now no one can help me and the chat popped up as having technical issues. With Verizon for decades, time to make the change.
