I have had Verizon services for exactly one year. For unknown reasons they decreased my spending limit and I am beyond upset. Both of my phone lines are eligible to be upgraded and I have spent two days with Verizon on the phone. No one has been able to resolve my issue or explain why my spending limit was decreased. I am going back to ATT and taking all my friends and family with me.
