Still being charged for Disney+

I signed up for an unlimited plan that comes with the Disney+ bundle last month but Disney is still charging my credit card. My account with Verizon shows that the bundle is active. What do I need to do for the Verizon offer to take over? Ive seen many people complain about similar issues but I wasn't able to find a posted solution.
