Still getting charged for Disney+

I updated my plan and Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN are included on my account.  I am still getting a separate change for Disney+ and I can't cancel it without canceling the included Disney+ bundle plan.  What am I doing wrong and how do I get it off my account since it should be free.
