Just a little update: I forgot to check my account because for some reason I thought Verizon was finally working with me on this. Checked today and I've got a past due balance because the rest of my bill credits are non-existent. Called and was told I was denied my bill credit because I bought my phones from best buy. It's funny how I was told multiple time by different reps that it didn't matter where I bought the phones. Regardless to say, if this doesn't get taken care of soon I will be getting in touch with corporate and the BBB as I'm not the only one whose gone through the same exact bs.
I had the same exact situation happen to me. I called at the end of March and the rep said 7-10 business days. Called again last week and they said its still in review status. If I don't get the port credit I am definitly switching carriers. I ported two numbers in mid of December at Target. I verified I would get the port credit with an online rep prior to switching the phones and made sure I could do it anywhere with the rep. I also made sure I could do it on a 2 year plan NOT edge. It's a bait and switch....they make you wait 2-3 billing cycles and then it's too late to get out.
