Same as everyone else here. I sent in my old phone; Verizon received it, and confirmed I’d get $800 credit for it. But bill after bill comes, and no credit.
I’ve read similar messages here, and if you’re lucky, a Verizon rep will show up, empathize and apologize, and say “send me a private message.”
Why the secrecy, Verizon? Why not tell the thousands of frustrated people here what you tell the squeaky wheels in private?
Is it Verizon’s policy to rip everyone off, and only deliver what was promised to the few individuals who finally complain on forums like these?
Please, Verizon, tell us ALL what hoops we need to jump through to get Verizon to do what it promised with our trade-in credit.
