Stupid me bought a phone and added a second line to my account for my brother. He subsequently took off, refusing to return the phone or pay his portion. I reported the phone stolen to both Verizon & the police. I'm now stuck with a bill that went from 69.00 a month to 178.00. Do I have any options?
