Store cancelled my order without warning (or notice) – now I have a "Pending Order" preventing me from upgrading.

I ordered an iPhone 13 from a local store that showed it was available for pickup – check days later and it says the order is cancelled. Call Verizon – they have no idea and there was no explanation provided. I go to place a NEW order online (shipping this time) and now my line is locked up because there is a "Pending Order"... but that order was cancelled. How can I get around this and get my phone ordered with the trade-in deal I had? It's been several days... any major company should be able to reflect an order cancellation much quicker than that.

That is a great question! After orders are cancelled it can take an additional 3-5 business days to close out the loan initiated so you can order again! *Hannah
