Stuck in Processing

I ordered a new phone to replace my old one as a birthday present on 6/8. Received a confirmation email saying it would arrive on the 10th. Every time I check the status using the phone number, I'm told that it should arrive on the 11th. It's the 12th and it still says processing. Birthday is 6/14. The money has been taken off the card, almost 2 thousand dollars. I called and spoke with someone who said there's nothing wrong and it just needed a "push" so he let them know to push it forward, whatever that means. Nothing has changed since that call yesterday. What in the world is happening with my order? Will I get it on time? Probably not. For 2k I expected a little more professionalism.
