I upgraded three phones on my Verizon plan with the new S22+ on Saturday morning (going into day 5). One of the phones did not get activated. Verizon tech support told me that it was "stuck" and I will have to wait for 24 hrs for the issue to be resolved. I have been waiting for 24hrs after 24hrs with no help. I called many times and spent a lot of time on the phone with tech support every day since. I found out that this is an old issue that happens occasionally when you switch phones. I cannot imagine that in 2022 we still have to deal with this kind of indifference, lack of concern, and poor service. An issue like this should have a solution. Very disappointed, to say the least.
