I got a message warning me that I would not have service after the start of the month. I then remembered I had updated my billing address so I logged in to change it. After I went to change it I see that almost all of my card information is very wrong. The last 4 numbers, the expiration date, etc all seem to be for a card I have never owned. Has anyone else had this issue?
lanagrue, We can definitely see why that detail would be of concern especially if there's no one else on the account who pays the bill. Was the card billing zip code also reflecting from an unknown location? Have you ever stored a prepaid card or VZW gift card to your payment accounts in My Verizon? Were you able to update your payment account info to reflect the correct source or at least remove that incorrect source? We do keep a history of when a payment source was last updated or modified in our billing systems.
