Super Tickets are Biased

Dear Verizon,

I believe the first come first serve aspect of super tickets is very very biased. If I live in a major city and have 5g and press the claim button same time as the person with 4g only, then my claim will register before theirs every time. Aren't you indirectly rewarding people based on demographics? I pressed immediately for the recent superbowl tickets.  Now I'm sure thousands of people did, but I would venture to bet those with faster connection speeds won more so than just those with fast reflexes.  You may want to change your methodology as I bet this occurs often.  I encourage you to review the data if you can.  People should not lose a contest based upon weaker coverage.

yes this is very true.  I have called customer service and they don't believe me.
