For two days now my wife has been patiently waiting to resolve an issue she has with her phone.. Its getting into seven hours total. Is this a f%$king game? she has been dropped four times now. I'm gonna tell you what. Not only are we gonna pull the plug on all out wireless devices which total six for friends and family. But i am going to transfer my TWO landline business phones over to Xfinity.

Just had the same thing happen. And it was a “support calls you” while you wait things, so she had my number. Halfway through the call, clearly with unfinished business, the call drops. I wait, expecting her to call back. Nope!
