I added a new line to our account and and purchased an Iphone 12 Pro Max. It is eligible for the $250 switcher rebate which shows up in my notifications. But it will not let me submit that rebate. Multiple times is says "something went wrong" and now I just get a blank page after I click the submit button. What is the problem with getting this rebate??!!! It is very frustrating! I can't get anyone on the live chat or on the phone.
