Well Verizon strikes again. I had a Verizon store manager talk me into switching to the Family Unlimited Plan and Automatic Debit to my checking account. He said it would reduce my bill by $5 per line. BUT he did not say that I had to also select paper free billing. So I get my first bill in the new plan and the line access is $40 per phone NOT $35 even though it was paid automatically from my checking account. I had to call customer service to find this out and hopefully correct it. Another Verizon bait and switch or at least blockhead store managers. They should give me a credit for last months bill but they will not.
