Did anyone else have any issues when switching to Verizon from another carrier? Just switched today and everything was working just fine but this evening both of our devices had issues connecting to internet, calling, and texting. Very much excited to join the Verizon community but we switched from our previous carrier for these same reasons and it is a bit disappointing. Any suggestions or help is greatly appreciated.
We are sorry to hear that your service is not working as needed. I would feel the same way if this were to happen on my end as well. With regard to the device service does this occur in all locations? Where are you currently located?
