Every time I try to purchase the ringback tone jukebox I want on the Verizon tones app, I continuously get an ALERT that says: System Error. Please try again later. ERROR CODE: 251.
I try over and over again. I've uninstalled and re-installed the app. I've rebooted by phone. I've logged in and out. I contacted customer service and they were of no help. Does anyone even know what Error Code 251 is? I've been searching the internet and can't find it.
