***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. I submitted my trade in in APRIL and it is now almost NOVEMBER and I have still not received any credit for it. in AUGUST, I spoke with a customer service rep who apologized and said he would be issuing a $700 credit to September's bill. Have I gotten said credit yet?!?! NO. Everyone I have spoken to says to just wait it out. I have spent 5 hours during one evening trying to get this sorted out with customer service to no avail. NOW when I go to the "track my trade in page" on the Verizon website, it says that I have no pending trade ins. WHAT?! So Verizon literally stole a phone from me that I was promised a $700 credit for, that I have been waiting since APRIL to receive. That is 7 months. 7 MONTHS!? Since I have tried for months to resolve this issue to no avail, I will be escalating this to the BBB. You guys have done this to so many people and it is NOT okay. It is literally theft. THEFT.
