Go in there a few times a week,,,now it's saying that the trade in was not
received within 45 days of activation,,, How does that happen when it was
traded in at a factory store..
Sent everything again... Crickets...very dissapointing

Hi there -- I wrote the original post in this thread, and other people in the thread are now getting customer support and my issue had still not been resolved! Someone suggested I email instead of trying to call again, so I emailed nearly two weeks ago and absolutely no response. Really very frustrated and disappointed. Someone PLEASE help!
It was a link for an email address posted by a Verizon Wireless customer support agent in another persons post who was having a similar issue to mine. It is a trade-in division support address, not a general customer service address for Verizon.
We are still here to help you. I want to be sure we address all of your concerns surrounding your trade in. Can you verify where the screen was repaired? Was this done at an Apple location?

You are not alone..My issue is this,.. Advertise " up to $ 650 per line!!"
then have a bunch of small print for the " either or". After a few more
emails then a 25 min hold for a live person I received some resolution. Not
what I was told at the store level though. Hosed on my trade in, did not
get the full amount for my early termination with ATT. Then the polite
customer service rep told me, " I'm very sorry but thats not how the
program works, you will have to go BACK to the store and try to solve it
with them".... Seriously?? Store told me something, email from a customer
service person said the same thing... ( $ 100 per line that I "switched
with no trade or early term fee") Nope, NADA..
THEN, my trade was never received.. The store had entered the EIN from my
NEW phone on my receipt...perfect.
Its been 75 days since I started this and I know I'm just venting and maybe
should have researched the fine print more BUT, in this retail environment
a company should stand by their word... Simple as that.. Good luck to all
are having some issues with this promo.. Keep on them though, its the only
way to fix your issues.

I took my wife's galaxy s8 plus to the montebello best buy store to get it fixed. Once there one of the Verizon's reps asked me if I wanted to upgrade to a note 9. He told me there was a promotion of "buy one and get one FREE" well... I fell for it thinking that that was a good deal you can't pass up. The guy told me I was gonna get bill 3 months for 2 months after that I was gonna get a reimbursement for the 3 months I was charged. Well so far is been 6 months and still getting charged for 2 cellphones.
