This has been painful every single time we've ever done a trade-in. Have to call and jump through hoops to get someone to confirm delivery and apply credit.
Been on with "chat" for over an hour.
Been on hold for 22 minutes and counting, and this is 3rd call and attempt.
"Trade In Center" number throws me to chat where they say they are "sales" or "customer service" and cannot help.
Trade in Initiated 07/08.
Sent via UPS - UPS shows DELIVERED on 07/22/2021.
However, Verizon still shows "Initiated" and requests the device be shipped.
Tried sending private message to support user here but it says that I've "reached my limit" on private messages even though I have never in my life sent a message through this.
Would also like to hear if he got a positive resolution. I just purchased a new S21 and trading in a pristine S9 and would like to see something positive since all I have been seeing is the horror stories of trade in problems.
