Taxed twice on device installment

I paid the tax at the store on my first phone then was charged on my first phone bill. This also just happened with my watch and two phones I bought my mom and uncle. Paid the tax and new line fee and now see it again on a second bill

BozMama, extra costs are not something anyone would wish to see. When making a purchase, only a few states bill the taxes at the time of purchase. In many cases, what you will see is the Upgrade Fee. Do you happen to have the purchase receipt available to review? -Loren

I reside in CT and I am positive both the in store associate that sold me my I phone 12 pro said it was taxes and so did the chat associate she I bought the two I phone 11 pro maxs. I live in ct please review my account.
