Back in April we signed up for the teacher discount and was assured by a Verizon employee over the phone that our GoUnlimited plan would qualify. In May our bill did not reflect the discount so I called back and was told that yes, the teacher discount does show on the account but that it sometimes takes 1-2 billing cycles to show up in the bill. Again for June it does not show up and now a Verizon employee over the phone tells me that my plan does not qualify. Can someone tell me the real truth here please? I have now missed two months of discounts. Thanks!
