My wife is an account manager on our account and was verified via email notification through ID.me back in July. 4 months later we have yet to see the teacher discount on our bill. What are the next steps required to get the discount?
I've read messages posted on this board of others who have had the same problem. Sending me a link to the discount page is not going to help me. We upgraded our account and bought 2 brand new phones based on the promise of this discount. This needs to be resolved.
