Being that Verizon stores are closed, the venue to terminate account is calling or online agent via live chat.
Problem is: Twice I have told the Chat agent to terminate the account. Yes, my contract is over! Both times they confirmed account is removed. THE ACCOUNT IS NOT REMOVED AND YOU ARE STILL BILLING ME! ! ! !
Furthermore, the account balance is now past due, which I will never pay.
Verizon has become a joke ! ! !
