Terrible Customer service

I've been a long time customer and I'm seriously considering switching to another carrier. Verizon's customer service is no longer what it used to be. I have experienced long wait times in person, on the phone, and even via chat. I recently added 3 new lines to my account at a Verizon store. It was a nightmare getting all of the new lines to work properly, I had multiple calls customer service calls with no result eventually had to travel back in to a store to get the issue resolved. 

The sales rep told me I could have my activation charges waived for all of my troubles by contacting Verizon Customer service. I contacted them today and once again complete let down from terrible chat customer service. If you're considering this service I suggest thinking twice because this company is clearly starting to go down hill.
