***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. Terrible Experience Upgrading phone and stil Ongoing

What a joke!  Ordered a new phone over the Chat Service.  Discount wasn't applied, Trade-in wasn't enter so I didn't receive any return information.  Manually created a trade-in after talking to support for hours and now I'm unable to get to the return label.  The label doesn't appear in the account and they claim to email it but there is never an attachment.  The last conversation they said it was mailed but have no tracking number available.  Highly Unlikely since the others tried to email it and it didn't work.  I'm sure I'll be back on the phone with support again in a week when it doesn't arrive and eventually be out of time to return the new phone or do the Trade-in.

Multiple hours on the phone and text chat and no resolution.  Terrible.  Time for a new provider.
