Did you try a web search for text short codes? That's what those are.
Here try this site to look them up. https://usshortcodedirectory.com/
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
60682 = turbotax https://usshortcodedirectory.com/directory/short-code-60682/
727272 = redbox https://usshortcodedirectory.com/directory/short-code-727272/
It seems you should be able to figure out who these texts are from simply by the content in the texts. Don't the texts from Turbotax and Redbox give some sort of clue that those are the companies sending out the texts? I have received texts from Redbox which have given such information, normally after I text a code to that same number to get a discount on a movie. When a reply text is received, I don't then have to wonder who is sending the text. Keep in mind, once you send a text to that number, you will be in their system and will continue receiving texts from them until you opt out.
Being that special time of the year, tax time, did you sign up for Turbotax and give them your number? Do those texts not give some sort of hint that they are from Turbotax?
For example, EVERY text I have EVER received from 727272 has the word "Redbox" in the first couple of words of the text. Seems kind of apparent where that text is coming from especially since I have texted a code to Redbox in order to get a discount in the past. ESPECIALLY when every other text in that text string is about an offer from Redbox.
If I’m remembering correctly, we had the 0062 and it was a very suggestive email written in text form. Basically a text from an email.
We would be more than happy to investigate the mystery behind this, KIMTH099. How long has this been going on? What messaging application do you use? Do these short codes show up in your text log randomly, or are you notified when they come in? JoeyM_VZW
