It seems that the login has been changed to require you to type into the box. This prevents saved passwords from working. Can this be fixed as it was not like this originally. It should not require you to type in the box to make the login button activate.
We want to make any transaction you need do easy to do and quickly. I apologize that you are having trouble. So that we can be sure we are on the same page, is this on a computer or is this through the My Verizon app?
