So. Of the TWO lines we have of Verizon, neither is considered a manager. My mother left Verizon, and I'm trying to get my own phone plan while keeping my number. My account SAYS there are two manager accounts, but I can't see what they would be, and I can request to be a manager but it goes nowhere. It shouldn't be this hard to cancel MY phone. Please give me manager access or at LEAST tell me who is one, because again out of the two numbers we have neither has administrator rights.
