***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. On the afternoon of Monday 12/5, all users will be able to log into the new Verizon Community. We expect the new Community to be fully functional the morning of Friday 12/9. Long Time business customer..... 

Traded in 3 Phones back in June, Credits were instantly applied to bill per the offer. $700 each ($2,100 Total )  Phones were shipped to their trade in Wearhouse, Team verified the packaged was received /delivered  and just not processed, and now they charged back the previous credits and taking away the $2,100. They entice you to upgrade with the great offers and then they take back the credits and cant get anyone to resolve the issue because they don't have the correct offer code in their system from the time of their promotion. 4 calls and 4 hours to the business customer service, as well as the business trade in team, and everyone just states that someone else needs to handle it. I guess small claims court  for my 3 phones they took and new service provider are in order.
