Throttled speed if tower does not have 3G

What speed will I get after hitting the 10G limit on my jet pack if the tower that serves me doesn't have 3g?

(and is that possible? I am basing that on the jetpack diagnostic screen:

The speed you'd have after using 10gb on a Jetpack would be around 144kbps (general consistent 3G technology speed) on any type of  tower.

While connected to a 4g only tower the data would be carried over the LTE network, but would be throttled down in speed for the remainder of the billing cycle if the 10gb's had been reached
